Bouquet of Valpolicella inside Recioto

Saturday, March 28, 2015  from 8.30 pm to 10.30 pm: emotional and educational tasting class “Bouquet of Valpolicella inside Recioto”.

After a brief introduction to the wine Valpolicella and Recioto, I will explain the origin of wine bouquet and flavours, using tools and sensory tasting. Following blind tasting (and clear tasting) of Recioto della Valpolicella from some wine producers of Palio del Recioto 2015.

The evening is made possible by the University of the Free Time Negrar (UTL), on the occasion of the Palio del Recioto to be held in Negrar 3 to 7 April 2015, in collaboration with the Department of Culture of the Municipality of Negrar and Pro Loco, organizer of the Palio.

The event is intended for wine-enthusiasts, wine-beginners or people who want to approach to wine, students, professionals. Participants must be of legal age (over 18). Admission fee (€ 15.00) on reservation and limited places.
